Possible confusion
I know this is probably just a draft, but I'd suggest two changes: firstly, I don't see the need for both a 'comments' and 'add comment' tab - it should be one or the other; secondly I definitely prefer the text: Please add your signature and timestamp (fourth button from the right on the toolbar) after your comment. If you're inputting your comment from a tablet or mobile phone many people would struggle to locate the tilda symbol and it's six key presses instead of one.--Athene of Lymington 10:28, 20 February 2016 (GMT)
